Welcome to RedBot ("We", "Us", or "System"). By accessing the website, purchasing, or using the software license (License Key) provided by RedBot, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
Article 1. Nature of Service & "As-Is" Provision
1.1. Product Positioning: RedBot is an independent brand specializing in providing and licensing automated algorithmic trading software. We are NOT an investment fund, broker, or financial advisory institution.
1.2. "As-Is" Basis: The service and source code are provided on an "As-Is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability or future profitability.
1.3. User Control: Customers are solely responsible for setting and controlling risk parameters (including stop-loss levels, trading volumes, and pip margins) on their personal accounts. RedBot does not interfere with your capital allocation decisions.
Article 2. Digital Asset Payments & Non-Refund Policy
2.1. Payment Network: RedBot accepts software license payments via digital assets. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the selected network and wallet address. Any errors resulting in lost funds on the blockchain are strictly not the responsibility of RedBot.
2.2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, where the License Key is granted and activated immediately upon the system recognizing a successful payment, all transactions are considered final sales. We apply a STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE policy under any circumstances.
Article 3. Licensing and Ownership Rights
3.1. License Limitations: Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable License Key.
3.2. Prohibited Interferences: Any acts of cracking, reverse engineering, sharing the License Key, or redistributing the RedBot software are strictly prohibited. The system reserves the right to revoke and permanently lock the License Key without prior notice in the event of any violation.
Article 4. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedBot and its affiliated technical partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or loss of profits (including account liquidation) arising from: software bugs, VPS server failures, network latency, slippage, or any interventions from your trading exchange (Broker). In all cases, our total legal liability shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the current License Key cycle.
Article 5. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
5.1. Negotiation: Any disputes arising from the use of RedBot must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the two parties within thirty (30) days.
5.2. Binding Arbitration: If negotiations fail, all disputes shall be resolved finally and exclusively through independent Binding Arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding.
5.3. Class Action Waiver: The user agrees that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis. You explicitly waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or representative proceeding against RedBot.
REDBOT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
